1. Our "No Fix, No Fee" Commitment

If we are unable to resolve your technical issue, you will not be charged the service fee.

2. Refund Eligibility

A full refund of the service fee will be issued if:

  • You were charged, but our technicians were unable to provide a solution to your problem.
  • You were charged in error or were double-charged for the same service incident.

A refund will not be issued if the service was successfully rendered and you confirmed the resolution, or if the issue reoccurs due to subsequent changes made by you.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the service date, providing your name and date of service.
