Why does my Arlo camera keep going offline?
Repeated offline issues are caused by SmartHub sync loss, WiFi band conflicts (2.4GHz vs 5GHz), or a corrupted authentication token between the camera and the Arlo cloud. A manual re-sync is required.
Camera offline after router change — why?
When your router or WiFi password changes, your Arlo camera retains the old credentials and loses its connection. The SmartHub or camera must be re-paired with the new network.
Base station orange light — what does it mean?
An orange LED on the Arlo SmartHub/Base Station means it has lost its internet connection. This requires a manual network reset sequence on the hub, not just a restart.
