1. Our "No Cure, No Pay" Promise

We believe in providing value. Our pricing is simple and transparent: you only pay a one-time service fee for the successful resolution of your issue. We will always provide you with a clear quote for the service fee before any work begins, and we will not proceed without your explicit approval.

There is no separate diagnostic fee. The initial analysis of your problem is part of our commitment to you.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your scheduled service appointment at any time. As we do not charge any upfront fees, there are no cancellation fees. However, we kindly request that you notify us of your cancellation at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time as a courtesy to our technicians.

3. Refund Policy (Our 100% Money-Back Guarantee)

Our refund policy is simple and is built on our "No Cure, No Pay" promise.

We stand by our work. We will issue a 100% refund of the service fee under the following condition:

  • If, after you have approved the quote and paid the service fee, our technician is unable to resolve your technical issue as promised.

Our goal is to solve your problem. If we cannot deliver on the agreed-upon solution, you should not have to pay for that service attempt.

5. Refund Processing
